If you need to cancel your appointment please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not let us know 24 hours in advance or do not show up for your appointment, unfortunately a non-waivable, missed appointment fee of $65 will be charged to your account.

If you need to reschedule your appointment please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If you cannot make your appointment and it is less than 24 hours notice, or arrive late for your appointment, you have the option to reschedule to a next available date for a non-waivable, reschedule fee of $30.

Kindly understand that without notice about canceling or rescheduling your appointment, you, the doctor and our other patients are all impacted. We ask you to remember that an appointment means we have reserved that time just for your pets care. With requested notice, we are able re-use the time for another pet in need of our care.

Pharmacy Requests:

We understand that cost and convenience might lead our pet parents to choose outside pharmacies and online shops for their pets’ prescriptions instead of ordering directly from us. However, due to time it takes the doctors and staff to review your pet’s medical record for refill authorizations from outside online pharmacy requests (such as Chewy, Amazon, and 1800PetMeds), we must charge a $4.00 fee per script per pet.

We encourage you to purchase from our clinic’s pharmacy, but if you prefer online shopping, we have our own online store, that offers the same benefits. Our prices are competitive with other online stores, and items are shipped directly to you in the same manner. Our store provides prescription medications, flea and tick preventatives, heartworm preventatives, diets, supplements, and more. Shopping with us will not incur any prescription processing fees.
