Getting Started

Step 1
Give Us A Call at

Contact your previous Veterinarian and have your existing medical records faxed to 203-238-1565. If you have a new puppy or kitten make sure you bring any relevant paperwork with you for your first visit.

Step 3
Get excited because we can’t wait to meet you and your pet! If you need to cancel your appointment please call at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise, a missed appointment fee of $55 will be charged.
