We Are Currently Accepting Curbside, Drop-Off and In-Hospital Appointments (Starting June 1st)

We’re excited to announce we are opening our LOBBY to clients!

Curbside appointments will still be available.

* NOTE: MASKS ARE STILL REQUIRED ON HOSPTIAL PROPERTY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE*

M: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
T: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
W: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Th: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
F: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
S: 8 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Closed Daily 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.

Appointment Types:

  • Curbside
  • Drop-Off 
  • In-Hospital Appointments – limited to 1 person per room

When You Arrive:

Step 1: When you call to book your appointment please make sure we have your most up-to-date information (address, phone numbers, email, etc.) and LET US KNOW if you would like an In-Hospital or Curbside Appointment

  • If you are a NEW CLIENT to MAH, we ask you to fill out the new client information sheet online to save time during the check-in process.

IN-HOSPITAL APPOINTMENTS:

Step 2: When you pull into the parking lot please PARK and see our GREETER in the LOBBY to CHECK-IN. Once checked in, our Greeter will direct you to an exam room to be seen by your Doctor.

Step 3: When the doctor’s team has completed the appointment, please wait in the exam room. Our team will bring all meds/food into the exam room and will complete the check-out process there. Please exit out the side door only. 

CURBSIDE APPOINTMENTS:

Step 2:  When you pull into the parking lot please PARK and CALL 203-235-1131 to let our team know you are here.

Step 3: Our technician will meet you in the parking lot to bring your pet(s) inside. The technician will first ask you the history of your pet(s), and will gather all your questions for the doctor, and will have you sign any releases needed.

Step 4: The doctor’s team will call you to discuss the appointment, then checkout details and payment will be completed over the phone or at your car, whichever you prefer.

Prescription Food & Medications:

CALL the hospital at 203-235-1131 AT LEAST two hours prior (controlled substances require a 72 hour pre-order) and let us know what you need so that we can have everything ready when you arrive.  It will shorten your time at the hospital and help the staff with work flow.

When you arrive to pick up your pet(s) food and/or medication, please PARK and see the GREETER in the LOBBY to pick up your medication.

If you would prefer to have your pet(s) food and/or medication given to you CURBSIDE, please call 203-235-1131 when you PARK in the parking lot and someone will bring it out to you.

Please remember that the hospital is CLOSED between the hours of 1pm and 2pm on weekdays for staff training and meetings.

You can now order Hills & Purina through our website. It will be delivered right to your door!

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your appointment please call at least 24 hours in advance. A non-waivable, missed appointment fee of $55 will be charged to your account for a missed appointment.
